Add-ons

During the ordering process:

1. Visit the official ticket shop
2. Select the desired ticket from the ticket categories listed and add it to the shopping cart
3. Click "Continue”
4. A window opens with the add-ons that are available for this ticket category
5. Select the desired add-ons and add them to the shopping cart
6. Click "Continue", enter your personal information and finish your order
7. Receive a confirmation email with a link to your personal My-Ticket portal, personalize and download your tickets
8. Done!

Booking afterwards via the MyTicket Portal:

1. Visit your personal MyTicket portal
   You received the link to your personal MyTicket portal by e-mail with your order confirmation after paying for your tickets. If you cannot find this e-mail, you can request the link again via tickets.parookaville.com. Simply click on the "Help" button in the top right-hand corner and enter the e-mail address that was used when ordering. 2. Select the desired add-ons and add them to the shopping cart
3. Click on "Continue" and complete your order
4. Done!
