Regular Camp

Your tent = your hood! The Regular Camp includes the typical festival camping experience, as it should be for real festival goers: tents, camping chairs, crazy party decorations and partying until the early hours of the morning.

All general camping information and rules apply here.

Ticket

To stay overnight in the Regular Camp, you need the 2-Day Ticket + Camping.

Check-In and Opening Hours

Opening: Thursday, 14 August 25, 10:00
Closing: Sunday, 17 August 25, 15:00

Use the regular check-in “Regular Camp”. Show your 2-Day + Camping Ticket and receive a corresponding camping wristband. You can then use this to go to the specific area on the campsite and pitch your tent.

Pavilions & Setting up the tents

The Regular Camp has space for everyone. However, capacities are limited. We ask you to only take up as much space as necessary and to set up your camp with tents and pavilions to save as much space as possible.

Help each other and remember the following:

  • Classic pavilions (3×3 meters) are permitted for groups of 5 people or more
  • The guideline is at least 2 people for a 2-3 person tent
  • Large (team) tents with more than 8 sleeping places are not permitted

Our security staff will check the pavilions and tent sizes upon check-in to the camping area.

In order to ensure that the setup is as space-saving as possible, the individual camping plots are gradually released by security personnel. Since the campsite is filling dynamically, it is not possible to plan how quickly and in which direction the camping area will be filled.

The instructions of our security staff must be followed at all times!

Green Camp

Do you take care of cleanliness when camping and is a certain amount of peace and quiet important to you? Then sleep relaxed and clean at Green Camp. Here you pay attention to three things:

  • Avoid garbage: Try to avoid garbage as much as possible and, if you produce any, throw it in a garbage can. Take tents and pavilions back with you, as they can be reused and are not a waste product.
  • Night's sleep: Of course, there is always a certain amount of background noise at a festival campsite. However, the Green Camp is intended as a retreat for those who want to relax after a day at the festival. Therefore, loud music or jukeboxes are prohibited here at night.
  • Take care: You take care of your tent neighbors, like to help and show consideration for others so that you can have a relaxed and wonderful time together.

ATTENTION: The offer is limited!

Pavilions & Setting up the tents

The Green Camp has space for everyone. However, capacities are limited. We ask you to only take up as much space as necessary and to set up your camp with tents and pavilions to save as much space as possible.

Help each other and remember the following:

ACHTUNG: Das Angebot ist limitiert!

Ticket

To stay overnight at the Friendship Camp, you need the 2-Day Ticket + Camping. In addition, one camper from your group must book the “Friendship Camp” add-on. You can book this directly in the ticket purchase process or via your personal MyTicket portal.

Check-In and opening hours

Opening: Thursday, 14 August 25, 10:00
Closing: Sunday, 17 August 25, 15:00

The Womo Camp has its own check-in for the drivers and passengers in the sleeping vehicle. The rest of your group has to check-in at the “Regular Camp” check-in.

As a security measure we reserve the right to check vehicles on site for prohibited items and to remove those that we have prohibited. The cost of the tickets will not be refunded in this case. If not all persons of a camp can travel in the sleeping vehicle a parking ticket (“Parking: Camping”) is required per additional vehicle.

TIP: Stow as much luggage as possible from your group in your sleeping vehicle – this will make check-in easier and save you from carrying it.

Admission

All types of sleeping vehicles (e.g. motorhomes, caravans, converted vans and caravans) that have a fixed sleeping device and a maximum permissible total weight of 7.5 tons are permitted in the Womo Camp (other sizes only on request by e-mail to: hej@sanhejmo.com). Only one sleeping vehicle and, if applicable, the towing car are permitted. If the trailer exceeds a length of 15m, you must purchase tickets for two parking spaces. Other accompanying vehicles must be parked in the “Camping” parking lot.

Cars of all types, including station wagons and limousines as well as trailers and vans, are NOT PERMITTED as sleeping vehicles as long as they do not have a fixed sleeping device.

Pitch selection

In general, there is no guarantee for parking spaces next to each other. If you want to stand next to each other with two or more groups, we recommend arriving as early as possible and together and expressing your wish at check-in. But that doesn’t represent a guarantee either.

Leaving the parking space during opening hours

Leaving the Womo Camp with a vehicle is not possible during the festival. If you want to remain flexible, you can park the car in the camping parking lot. Shuttle service is possible there. However, in addition to the motorhome parking space, the “Parking: Camping” parking ticket is required.

Barbecue, Cooking & Fire

Gas bottles are permitted for cooking on the built-in cooking areas provided in the sleeping vehicles. The maximum number of gas bottles is based on the original designated locations in the sleeping vehicle. For your own safety, you should check the sleeping vehicle regularly. A little information about this can be found here.

The same rules apply to grills as at Regular Camp.

Fresh and waste water

The pitches in the Womo Camp do not have any fresh water. You can get fresh water at the sanitary facilities at any time. We recommend using canisters for this purpose.

Wastewater disposal is not possible in the camping area. However, you can use the toilets free of charge for the entire weekend.

Power Supply

Each pitch has a Schuko socket 16A/230V. It’s best to bring an extension cable with you, as we can’t guarantee that the power connection is right next to you.

Easy Camp

No lugging, no stress - just move in and get going! At Easy Camp, you can expect fully assembled rental tents in three versions for 2 or 4 people:

  • Easy Camp: your tent, pure and simple.
  • Easy Camp Relax: with inflated air mattresses for extra comfort.
  • Easy Camp Relax & Enjoy: fully equipped with air mattresses, sleeping bags and pillows.

You can find more information about the equipment in the add-on descriptions.

Ticket

To stay overnight in the Regular Camp, you need the 2-Day Ticket + Camping. In addition, only one person in your group needs to purchase an Easy Camp Add-on.

Check-In and opening hours

Opening: Thursday, 14 August 2025, 10:00
Closing: Sunday, 17 August 2025, 15:00

Use the regular check-in at the “Regular Camp”. Then go to the Welcome Desk in the “Easy Camp”. Your tent will be assigned to you there.

Tent allocation

In general, there is no guarantee that tents will be next to each other. If you want to camp with two or more groups next to each other, we recommend that you arrive together and express your wish at check-in. But even this is no guarantee.
