Camping

at San Hejmo Festival

In order to meet your individual needs, there are various camps at San Hejmo Festival. You can choose between the regular camp or one of our add-on options (Friendship Camp, Womo Camp or Green Camp).

What makes the individual camps different from each other? Here you will find everything you need to know!

Regular Camp

Your tent = your hood! The Regular Camp includes the typical festival camping experience as it is for true festival goers: tents, camping chairs, crazy party decorations and partying until morning hours.

All general camping information and rules apply here.

To stay overnight in the Regular Camp, you need the 2-Day Ticket + Camping.

Opening: Thursday, 15 August 24, 10:00
Closing: Sunday, 18 August 24, 15:00

Use the regular check-in “Regular Camp”. Show your 2-Day + Camping Ticket and receive a corresponding camping wristband. You can then use this to go to the specific area on the campsite and pitch your tent.

The Regular Camp has space for everyone. However, capacities are limited. We ask you to only take up as much space as necessary and to set up your camp with tents and pavilions to save as much space as possible.

Help each other and remember the following:

  • Classic pavilions (3×3 meters) are permitted for groups of 5 people or more
  • The guideline is at least 2 people for a 2-3 person tent
  • Large (team) tents with more than 8 sleeping places are not permitted

Our security staff will check the pavilions and tent sizes upon check-in to the camping area.

In order to ensure that the setup is as space-saving as possible, the individual camping plots are gradually released by security personnel. Since the campsite is filling dynamically, it is not possible to plan how quickly and in which direction the camping area will be filled.

The instructions of our security staff must be followed at all times!

Green Camp

You pay attention to cleanliness when camping and a certain amount of calmness is important to you? Then sleep relaxed and clean in the Green Camp. Here you pay attention to three things:
  • Avoid rubbish: You try to avoid rubbish as much as possible and if you produce any, throw it in a rubbish bin. You take tents and pavilions back with you, because they can be reused and are not a waste product.
  • Quiet at night: Of course, there is always a certain background noise on a festival campsite. But: The Green Camp is intended to be a retreat for those who want to relax after a day at the festival. Loud music or jukeboxes are therefore prohibited here at night.
  • Take care: You pay attention to your tent neighbors, like to help and show consideration for others so that you can spend a relaxed and wonderful time together.
ATTENTION: The offer is limited!

To stay overnight at Green Camp, you need the 2-Day Ticket + Camping and the free of charge add-on “Green Camp”, which can be booked directly in the ticket purchase process or via your personal MyTicket portal.

Opening: Thursday, 15 August 24, 10:00
Closing: Sunday, 18 August 24, 15:00

Use the regular check-in “Regular Camp”. Here you show your add-on ticket in addition to your 2-day + camping ticket and receive a corresponding camping wristband. You can then use this to go to the specific area on the campsite and pitch your tent. Enjoy your time at Green Camp!

The Green Camp has space for everyone. However, capacities are limited. We ask you to only take up as much space as necessary and to set up your camp with tents and pavilions to save as much space as possible.

Friendship Camp

At the Friendship Camp you can reserve a fixed area for yourself and your friends to have maximum flexibility. Within your approx. 80 m² plot (space for approx. 8 – 12 people) you can set up your tents and pavilions however you want! The stage is yours!

ATTENTION: The offer is limited!

To stay overnight at the Friendship Camp, you need the 2-Day Ticket + Camping. In addition, one camper from your group must book the “Friendship Camp” add-on. You can book this directly in the ticket purchase process or via your personal MyTicket portal.

Opening: Thursday, 15 August 24, 10:00
Closing: Sunday, 18 August 24, 15:00

Use the check-in “Regular Camp”. On the campsite you will then find another, separate entrance for the Friendship Camp. You will also be assigned the camping plot for your camp, where you can then set up.

WOMO Camp

You want to bring your caravan, camper or similar? Then bring your home and go to the Womo Camp!

In the Womo Camp you can build your own camp of approximately 75m² including a trailer, camper, caravan or other sleeping vehicle. It is up to you whether you want to stay together as a couple or as a group (max. 10 persons).

The Womo Camp has its own check-in for the drivers and passengers in the sleeping vehicle. The rest of your group has to check-in at the “Regular Camp” check-in.

As a security measure we reserve the right to check vehicles on site for prohibited items and to remove those that we have prohibited. The cost of the tickets will not be refunded in this case. If not all persons of a camp can travel in the sleeping vehicle a parking ticket (“Parking: Camping”) is required per additional vehicle.

TIP: Stow as much luggage as possible from your group in your sleeping vehicle – this will make check-in easier and save you from carrying it.

all types of sleeping vehicles with a length of up to 15m (e.g. mobile homes, caravans, converted vans and caravans) that have a permanently installed sleeping device and can be driven with driving licenses B and BE. In order to be allowed to drive onto the site, you must have the Womo Camp ticket to hand. If the sleeping vehicle is longer than 15m, two parking spaces must be purchased. Other support vehicles must be parked in the “Camping” parking lot.

Cars of all kinds, including station wagons and limousines as well as trailers and vans, are NOT ALLOWED as sleeping vehicles, as long as they do not have a permanently installed sleeping device.

In general, there is no guarantee for parking spaces next to each other. If you want to stand next to each other with two or more groups, we recommend arriving as early as possible and together and expressing your wish at check-in. But that doesn’t represent a guarantee either.

Leaving the Womo Camp with a vehicle is not possible during the festival. If you want to remain flexible, you can park the car in the camping parking lot. Shuttle service is possible there. However, in addition to the motorhome parking space, the “Parking: Camping” parking ticket is required.

Gas bottles are permitted for cooking on the built-in cooking areas provided in the sleeping vehicles. The maximum number of gas bottles is based on the original designated locations in the sleeping vehicle. For your own safety, you should check the sleeping vehicle regularly. A little information about this can be found here.

The same rules apply to grills as at Regular Camp.

The pitches in the Womo Camp do not have any fresh water. You can get fresh water at the sanitary facilities at any time. We recommend using canisters for this purpose.

Wastewater disposal is not possible in the camping area. However, you can use the toilets free of charge for the entire weekend.

Each pitch has a Schuko socket 16A/230V. It’s best to bring an extension cable with you, as we can’t guarantee that the power connection is right next to you.
